To create schools that cater to students of all backgrounds.  Through creative partnerships and high quality programs, our schools instill in students a desire for life-long learning.  Programs we sponsor nurture individual talents and skills by promoting critical thinking and problem-solving, and teach students the academic and social skills needed to leave their mark in an ever-changing, global society.  

Students study core subjects in a constructive setting, in which concepts and questions are intertwined in holistic, integrated units, encompassing mathematics, literacy, science and technology.  As a way of achieving this goal, our schools will apply for candidacy to the International Baccalaureate’s The Primary Years Programme (PYP), designed for learners aged 3-12, while aligning the schools’ curriculum with the IB world standards from the schools’ inception.

At QIEC, our goal is provide the funding to open and maintain schools that provide research-based, best practices so that every student succeeds, regardless of background.  Our teachers work collaboratively to design inquiry-based units that spark our students’ imaginative, investigative, innovative and inventive minds, developing abilities to understand cultures, think critically and work collaboratively to solve problems that they see in their own world.  

All staff will work collaboratively to provide the highest-quality educational services to promote and encourage student learning.

We will provide ongoing professional development to our teachers as a means of preparing our staff with high-quality, innovative teaching techniques that stimulate active student learning and accommodate for all student needs.
